Delivery- Within the UK
We Use Royal Mail Tracked to Deliver
ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED THE SAME DAY
We offer FREE standard delivery on all order over £30.
Standard delivery usually takes 48 hours from dispatch*.
If you need your items in a hurry please do not use the free delivery & pay for 24 hour tracked delivery.
Orders Received after 3pm may not get collected till the following working day.

Our standard delivery for 48 Hour Tracked delivery is £3.95 unless your order is over £30 which then it will be FREE
First Class delivery cost is £5.95. First Class usually takes 24 hours from dispatch*.
If your order is over £30 you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for only £2.95
If your order is over £30 you can upgrade to Next Day Delivery for only £2.95
*Deliveries may take longer at busy time.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please email us at info@luckyleafbathbombs.co.uk we will try our best to put it right.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods you have a number of rights as a customer. These include the right to claim a full refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or not as described.
Our policy: We want you to be happy with your purchase so as part of your statutory rights you can return your goods if you simply change your mind. Please contact us as soon as possible but within 14 working days of receiving your goods.
Please return your goods within 30 days after receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
Please note that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind you will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your delivery we will need your order number and a description of the product that is damaged /faulty please also supply photographs.
If proof of damage is verified we will give a full refund or replacement of the item. We may need the item returned for investigation and will reimburse the postage cost but please do not send any items back unless we ask for them.
If you believe an item is not as described or we have sent you the wrong item please let us know within 7 working days and we will be happy to refund the item or send you the correct one at no extra cost.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
If you have purchased a sale item it will be refunded at the sale price not the RRP.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@luckyleafbathbombs.co.uk
If you are sending an item back you should consider using a signed for service as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we wish for every delivery to be made on time by our couriers, sometimes outside our or their control, deliveries can be delayed.
We are not able to submit any requests for claims for missing or delayed parcels until 10 working days after the order has been sent, any refunds or replacements will be actioned after this.
Depending on the courier used to deliver your order, they may require a signed declaration to confirm that your order has not been received, which will be emailed to you should this be the case.
